AESX PLATFORMS A.V.V. (the "Company") is a company duly formed under the laws of Aruba on February 20, 2006, and has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Aruba.

The AESX platform is designed to host multiple micro exchanges. The platform provides a fully automated computerized trading environment in a range of instruments for securities trading only. The AESX platform and its associated micro exchanges are designed to provide transparent trading operations.

The AESX platform and hosted micro exchanges would be self regulatory organizations (SROs). They would function under a policy framework laid down by the governing authority. This policy framework would be as per standards prescribed for and applicable to financial institutions by the State in which they are hosted.
